Until representation is verified, you only see that a case exists. You do not receive the story, amounts or evidence.

Unverified invitations do not count as unresponsive. Clocks start when case content is opened with a Veruma verification.

Plans cannot buy rank, hide cases, or change moderation. Queue order follows next action and SLA only.
